Refund Policy

Non-refundable Cases: No refund will be provided if the order is delivered with the correct color and size as selected by the customer during the order placement.

Return: Customers can initiate a return within 5 days of delivery. If eligible, the refund will be processed according to our standard refund policy.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Window: Customers may cancel their order within 24 hours of placing it. No cancellations will be accepted after this period.

Refund Initiation: Refunds will be initiated within 4 business days following a cancellation request. Approved refunds will be credited within 7 days to the original payment method.
