Return / Exchange Policy

We do have an EXCHANGE policy. It is advised to check your size requirements before placing an order.

Exchanges are available when informed within 48 hours of delivery with a proper and clear opening video, in case of any damage. WE DO NOT HAVE ANY RETURN POLICY.

Note: Products that are on sale or purchased using a coupon or gift voucher are not eligible for return or exchange. Please refer to the size chart carefully for sale items.

  • Items must be unused and unwashed for hygiene reasons.
  • Original packaging and tags must be intact. Items without tags will not be accepted.
  • Customized or altered products cannot be exchanged.

Refund Policy

We do not provide any refunds. In case of product damage, you can request a design change or receive store credit (with a proper opening video).

Store credit will be sent via email as a voucher code to your registered email ID. It can be used at checkout under “use discount code or gift voucher”.

Reverse Pickup

Yes, we provide a reverse pickup facility. The customer must pay a courier fee of INR 200. Our team will send you a payment link, and the pickup will be scheduled after payment confirmation.

Express Delivery

We do offer Express Delivery. Kindly WhatsApp us on +91 7016690677 to check product availability before placing the order.

Order Cancellation

Prepaid orders are not eligible for cancellation. Cash on Delivery (COD) orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.

Size Issues

If the product does not fit, you may request a size exchange within 48 hours of delivery. A courier fee of INR 200 will be charged.

Non-Eligible Exchanges

Exchanges will not be accepted for issues like dislike of color or material. Please review the product details and images carefully before placing your order.

Sale Items

Products purchased from the SALE section are not eligible for any return or exchange.
